Class will house just a few supine/laying down/ and/or Full Belly Friendly shapes for the first half of class, leading into 30 min of Yoga Nidra. (Think sleepy time comfortable descriptive guided twinkle music meditation. YEA EXACTLY.) Wrangle your co-habitators, grab some blankets and cozies and send off Thanksgiving evening properly. 💙
