This workshop will explore yoga poses and drills for shoulder & chest opening to oppose typical “tennis posture,” and offer techniques to strengthen the back, and increase shoulder range of motion using straps and yoga blocks!
Expect to work hard! We’ll discuss postural breakdowns and move through some flows to experiment with poses and techniques in motion. Room will be warm; open to all levels, to tennis players, or anyone with shoulders…! Must RSVP online
