Workshop for Belmont Hill Club Members

This workshop will explore the mechanics of twisting yoga poses for thoracic mobility and rotational power, and symmetrical body awareness to counteract the unilateral demands of tennis.
Practice will include anatomical breakdowns in motion for technique, time to experiment and flow, some discussion, and finish with deep releasing stretches to regulate the nervous system and cool down.
Expect to SWEAT, work hard, and leave with a few a-ha’s to bring to the court! Open to all levels.
