Strengthen, open, and release tight feeling hips! Build better range of movement with familiar yoga postures utilizing various muscle activation to create places of understanding, ease, strength, or space relevant to each body’s needs.
This workshop will include some flow, posture breakdowns, strengthening drills, discussion, and time to play with both effort-full and melty yoga shapes. Expect to work hard, and break a sweat. Room with be gently heated. Open to all levels.
