Xinalani boasts several different yoga studios depending on our practice’s needs; Sand Terrace, Meditation Cabin, Greenhouse, Hot Yoga Studio, and Jungle Studio. All studios are equipped with all yoga props: mats, blankets, stools, blocks, straps, and towels.
Expect classes like Vinyasa, Slowburn, Yin, Ashtanga Remix, Meditation, and lots of workshops lead by Bilbo and Meredith. Class times will range from 90-120 min depending on formats. For class descriptions check this out.
We’ll offer daily morning meditations, and physical practices twice a day, morning and afternoon, activities depending.
RYT’s will also receive CEU’s for this retreat!

Start here with the resort’s list of need-to-knows to make sure you’re prepared
Transportation + Flight Booking
Book your flights to arrive in PVR on Saturday March 2nd, btwn noon and 4pm, to make yourself available for the shuttle service!
This is the only window available for shuttling for best case scenario and safest voyage by boat. If your flight is delayed, or lands outside this window, you’ll need to stay a night in PVR at a hotel at your own expense, and wait for the following day’s window. Plan accordingly! Likewise, for your departure after the retreat on Saturday March 9th, book your flights after noon to accommodate the boat shuttle window.
Shuttle Service (Required) includes:
- Transfer by taxi or van from PVR to the pier at Marina Vallarta.
- Transfer by boat from the pier to Xinalani
- Return trip to the airport at the end of the retreat

Temazcal Ceremony
A 90 minute experience, an Aztec sweat lodge ceremony lead by the local shaman for purification invoking the four elements. Max 10 ppl per session.
Ice Bath Plunge
A 90 minute experience, begins with an intro to the Wim Hof Method, a breathwork session, your plunge, followed by Thai Chi, and an ocean swim.
Cacao Ceremony
An ancient mayan ritual honoring the cacao seed to activate a loving emotional frequency to harmonize emotionally and spiritually. Usually 90-120 minutes.
