Slow & Grounded
Practice will move through a slow but challenging vinyasa facing both front and back of the mat, with several volleys of free flow. Slowburn is an eyes closed practice, encouraging introspection and a heightened sense of proprioception. Practice closes with a 15 min guided sevasana.
Slowburn features groovy grumbling tunes, and mostly close to the ground shapes.
