Part 2 of a 2 part series this fall studying elevation on your hands! Yogis will learn drills to build strength for handstand, discuss and practice anatomical understanding of handstand, work together for spots and hands on learning, and bravely step into the uncertainty that comes along with training to be upside-down!
ABILITY TO HANDSTAND IS NOT NEEDED! : ) This workshop will build on some info from Part 1, though attendance for Part 1 is not mandatory to attend.
