Plenty of yoga.

Fresh & Organic Eats

Dragonfly Yoga Barn proudly offers consciously-prepared vegetarian meals of local organic produce, and happily creates all of their own yummy side dishes, soups, and delectable desserts (oh my!) as well.

Light breakfast is served in the studio kitchenette: fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, and herbal tea.

"Brunch" is served mid morning in the O’Connell Farmhouse kitchen and consists of a bountiful variety of scones, breads, quiches and omelets, fruit salads, oatmeal, and cereals, teas, coffee, etc.

Tasty afternoon snacks are brought to the studio or porch, and yogis are also welcome to bring their own snacks and beverages. There is a fridge in the studio for your use, as well as a kettle and microwave. And dinners are served in the O’Connell farmhouse.

About the Barn

Dragonfly Yoga Barn is a retreat center in the foothills of the White Mountains in North Sandwich, NH. The barn is a 250-year old post and beam structure, which the owners, Katie & Declan O’Connell, moved and reassembled on its current site. The studio is within distance of hiking and snowshoe trails, x-country skiing, and the nearby swimming hole Cold River, as well as Swift River, which winds its way through the little valley that Dragonfly Yoga calls home.

The structure photographed here houses both the yoga studio in the main basilica, the dorms on the left, and a chemical free kelp hot tub deck on the right!
