Acupuncture Atelier & Studio Ronin Yoga team up for another evening of yin & community acu relaxation. A 90 min event, begins with a short meditation, moves though some releasing and grounding yin yoga shapes with hands on tlc from Meredith + Sara, and finishes up with an extra extended yoga nidra with ear / scalp acupuncture & reiki. Event takes place at Acupuncture Atelier in Westford, MA.
