Bilbo and I are headed BACK next January, for the 2nd annual Art of Flow Yoga Retreat at our favorite Jungle hideout in Costa Rica, the Iguana Lodge! Join us for 6 days and 5 nights of yoga, beach, delicious food, and incredible human connection.

Sustainably constructed and beautifully designed Casitas and Club rooms offer comfortable accommodations. Sourced from local bamboo and palms, each room boasts eco-friendly materials with a dash of chic. (And, not to mention locally created bath yummies; shampoo, conditioner, and soaps in each room!)

You’ll find a tennis court, pool, hot tub, 2 yoga spaces, spa add ons available, and even a separate bar/restaurant for all your snacking and sipping needs!
Deposits made for yoga retreats are non-refundable. Payments may be made via website check-out, Paypal, or Venmo. Making a deposit for a retreat reserves a space for the trip, but unless 1) a room is paid in full or 2) installment payments have begun on a select room, does not guarantee a particular lodging.
We understand life happens.
Though, in an effort to value and protect the time and energy put in for manifesting every aspect of the retreat experience, the following cancellation policies are in effect:
If notice of retreat cancellation is given PRIOR to 90 days out from retreat start date, a 50% refund will be issued (minus the original deposit). There are NO REFUNDS available if notice of cancellation is made inside of 90 days of retreat start date. A FULL cancellation refund (less deposit) is ONLY available if you find another guest to replace your spot.
Plan for arrival on Sun Jan 9 in the afternoon or evening, we’ll all gather for our first supper!
Departures will be Saturday morning Jan 15th.

Iguana Lodge offers free taxi transfer from PJO to the Lodge on arrival/departure days; flight costs are not included with the retreat. Iguana customer service is also happy to help book your local Sansa flight if you’d prefer.
